Cancel up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Changes to date or time are free, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are not refundable.
We may cancel or reschedule an experience for weather, sea conditions or safety reasons; in that case you can choose a new date or a full refund.
